Health and Safety during Coronavirus

We at AB Art Studios are dedicated to providing a safe learning environment for our students during the coronavirus pandemic. We will do everything in our power to mitigate the risk of infection.

We will be taking the following precautions from July 1st:

  • Students must have a 'green pass' e.g. a valid negative COVID test, antibody test or vaccination.

  • Students will not be required to wear a mask during the class however, they are required to wear an FFP2 mask in all the common areas of the building such as stairways and bathrooms. Students are responsible for providing their own mask.

  • Classes will have up to five students.

  • Students should socially distance while in the studio and set up at least 2 meters apart.

  • AB Art Studios will follow regulations regarding the number of people able to meet for courses and art sessions. The scheduling of private or group classes is subject to change based on the coronavirus safety measures.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided and students are asked to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitizer when they arrive at the studio.

  • The studio will provide gloves to use.

  • Work surfaces, tools and door handles in the studio will be disinfected after every session.

  • Any students who are feeling sick or have come into contact with anyone known to have the coronavirus are asked to stay home and will be given a voucher for any missed sessions due to illness.

  • If any students test positive after the class we ask that they inform the studio for contract tracing purposes.

  • If for any reason a course must be canceled due to the coronavirus, students can choose between a full refund for the missed sessions or a voucher for the value of the missed sessions.

Please note that the coronavirus is an evolving situation and these precautions are subject to change. While we hope that the precautions can be slowly lifted, we will follow the advice of health experts to keep everyone as safe as possible.
