AB Art Studios policy for refunds and and cancelations:
Group Courses policy: to reserve you place in a course you must register and send confirmation of payment in advance. There is a non-refundable €30 registration fee included in the course price. The remaining balance of the course fee is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the first day of class, and a 50% refund is available up to 1 week before the first day of class. Within one week of the start date the course fee is non-refundeable. However, a full refund (minus the €30 registration fee) is possible if someone from the waitlist can take your spot. You are also welcome to give your spot to someone else. Weeks that the class does not meet due to public holiday or at the instructor's discretion are listed in the course schedule. Any cancelations by the instructor will be rescheduled or refunded. The fee for any missed classes will not be refunded, however one missed class per course can be made up during one of the Open Art Sessions for no additional charge.
Open Art Sessions policy: The fee for the block of lessons is fully refundable up until the first scheduled session for the block of lessons to start, minus a non-refundable €30 registration fee included in the block price. When purchasing a block of 8 sessions, Students have 10 weekly session to use the block of 8 lessons, allowing for the flexibility of missing two classes. Classes that are canceled due to public holiday or at the instructor's discretion will not count toward the 10 week period for using the 8 sessions. The fee for any additional missed classes will not be refunded. However, after the first session and the 8-session block has started, if a student cannot continue with the sessions they have the option of taking the monetary value of the block, subtracting monetary value of the number of sessions they have attended x the fee for individual sessions paid seperately, and receiving a voucher for the remaining balance.
When paying for the sessions individually, the fee can be paid for in advance or directly at the sessions. If paid for in advance, if the student cancels attending the session they can have a voucher for the value of the session. Due to limited space, priority will be given to students who have purchased a block of lessons and space is not guaranteed for students paying for sessions individually.
Workshops policy: to reserve you place in a workshop you must register and send confirmation of payment in advance. The course fee is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the workshop, and a 50% refund is available up to 1 week before the workshop. If you cancel your spot within one week of the workshop, a refund is only possible if someone from the waitlist can take your spot. You are also welcome to give your spot to someone else. Workshops that are canceled by the instructor will be refunded.
Private Sessions policy: a scheduled session can be canceled 2 days (48 hours) in advance without the lesson fee being charged, and a 50% fee is charged if canceled between 2 days (48 hours) and 3 hours in advance. There is no refund for the session fee if canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled meeting time. Any sessions canceled by the instructor will be fully refunded.
